Shipping and Returns

Dispatch Information

All of our products are handmade and most are handmade to order. Please note the estimated lead time below when placing your order. If you need your item faster than the lead times below allow, drop us a message and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate an express order.

Coats and Jumpers: dispatch 3-5 working days from order date
Accessories: dispatch 2-3 working days from order date

Shipping Information

Orders are sent with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from posting. 

We currently only ship to the UK through our website. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please visit our Etsy store to place your order. Our Etsy store has the same products as our website and all taxes and custom fees should be automatically added to your order before checkout.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, however if you do need to return an item or exchange for a different size, you can do this within 30 days of delivery on all standard size items.

Custom orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless faulty. Please therefore double check your measurements before placing a custom size order and reach out to us if you need any help with taking measurements.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Please include your order number with your return

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@dachshundcoatcompany.co.uk or via our social media accounts to request a return
  2. We'll provide you with a returns address and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 1-2 working days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange this for you.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or provide a full refund
