Dispatch Information

All of our products are handmade and most are handmade to order. Autumn is our busiest season, so please note the estimated lead times below when placing your order. If you need your item faster than the lead times below allow, drop us a message and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate an express order.

Coats and Jumpers: dispatch 6-8 working days from order date
Accessories: dispatch 3-5 working days from order date

Shipping Information

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days from posting.

EU & International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked service. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days from posting.

US orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked service. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from posting.

Important Notice for International Customers (Outside the UK)

Our prices are displayed in GBP and reflect UK pricing. We do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout.

When your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT) charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

For EU customers, import VAT is typically charged on the full value of the order including shipping. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds and rates before placing your order so there are no surprises on delivery.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs. Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges cannot be refunded.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, however if you do need to return an item or exchange for a different size, you can do this within 30 days of delivery on all standard size items.

Custom orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless faulty. Please therefore double check your measurements before placing a custom size order and reach out to us if you need any help with taking measurements.
